  • Clean spills before they tend to cause stains.
  • For tile disinfection, use warm water and a mild cleanser. Use non-abrasive products for glass tiles.
  • Set up a good humidifier at your place. Use a fan in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Evict soap/detergent scums by rubbing tiles with a brush and then rinse with water. Make sure to wipe dry in the end.

  2. Tea and other such stains can be easily evicted with the help of a good detergent and hydrogen peroxide.
  3. For grease stains, use a washing soda solution. Mix washing soda and water in 2:1 and use the solution to clean the ceramic tiles.

Cleaning Marble Tiles

  1. Use a mild liquid cleanser to remove oil-based stains from marble tiles.
  2. For food stains, use hydrogen peroxide and ammonia. Mix a few drops of ammonia with 12% hydrogen peroxide and apply the solution to the stain. Wash with warm water. Do wear cleaning gloves while working with ammonia.
