If you don’t want to use commercial or synthetic toilet cleaners, you can prepare effective cleaners at home. Also, many pantry items like white vinegar can be used directly as a cleaner.

  • Borax Paste – Borax is a powerful cleaner that can be used to clean and remove toilet stains. Make a borax paste by mixing some borax powder with water. Apply it with a regular toilet brush. Let the paste sit for 15-17 minutes and then rinse the toilet with warm water.
  • White Vinegar – For an all-natural deep toilet cleaning, employ white vinegar. It will clean your filthy toilet bowl and also remove foul odors.
  • Diluted Bleach – Take a gallon of warm water and add some bleach power (½ cup). Use this diluted bleach to clean the toilet bowl. Don’t use bleach with any other cleaner.
